I had always been motivated to move within the company and see how far I could go. I was born and raised in Goderich, living here my whole life with the exception of a handful of years when I was completing my post-secondary education and began my first career as a Graphic Designer in London. My husband and I moved back to Goderich to start our family in 2002 and it was the best decision we could have made, as it lead me to the successful career in real estate I have today. I was so excited to obtain my Real Estate license in 2016 and join the CB Goderich team. You see real estate was in my blood I believe, having moved 10 times growing up. I am a lifelong Huron County resident, and absolutely love everything about small town living. I did go away to school and worked in urban settings, but I always knew my heart lied in Huron. When my husband Mike, son Harrison and I bought our home in Goderich, that was when I knew I had to get into Real Estate. I have just got married in April 2022 and I live here in Goderich with my husband and between the both of us we have 6 children. I’ve been a resident of Huron County for most of my life, having grown up on a farm just outside of Brucefield. I am a proud mom of three kids who were raised in the area as well. I have always been a strong advocate for local sports, volunteering for many years on the executive of BCH minor hockey league. My involvement in my community has helped me establish relationships throughout the county. I’ve always had a love for sports and in the last few years have taken up golf – I surprise myself every time when I go out for a round on how much I enjoy playing! I still make time to play baseball as well as being the number one cheerleader for my children’s hockey and soccer teams. Real Estate has always been a life long passion and now that my kids are grown – its a career that I can finally pursue and enjoy!

I grew up in Goderich on a quiet street, where my parents still reside to this day. From childhood into my teenage years, I spent a lot of time travelling around the county and beyond playing minor sports. After my time at GDCI, I moved to Guelph for university and later to Toronto. Today, I live in Bayfield with partner my Andrew who is co-owner of the Black Dog Village Pub & Bistro and our two, adopted French Bulldogs Hank and Freida. Huron County is home to me and so many of the important people in my life. It’s a wonderful place to grow up, start a family, work and eventually retire. Born and raised in Goderich, I knew I wanted to raise a family in my hometown! I have been happily married since 2007 to my amazing husband Chad, and a proud mom, stepmom, and grandma! And of course, a proud pet mom of 2 German Shepherds. Our family opened our home to work alongside pet rescues for numerous years, fostering kittens, cats, and dogs, giving them a safe place until they were adopted to their forever families. In 2016 my husband and I were presented with an amazing opportunity to become a host family to International Students from around the globe! Since then, we have had several students from Brazil, Spain, Germany, and Easter Island stay with our family while attending school. To this day we continue to welcome students into our home! An awesome experience all around. In 2015 I took a leap of faith and decided to switch careers. My life path brought me to Coldwell Banker as the Office Administrator. My full-time role varies from processing new listings, accepted conditional offers and pending deals, to duty schedules, editing photos, social media posts, marketing and everything in between! My main goal as the administrator is to help the agents with the ‘behind the scenes’ tasks. Since joining the CB team, I have found a new appreciation for the hard work that goes into Real Estate.

In September of 1995 as our original Stratford real estate brokerage opened doors, Lynne joined the team as one of two part time administrators. After a few years of learning the business from the ground up and enjoying the challenges and accomplishments as the company succeeded, Lynne became a valuable assistance to our growth into Huron County. She has been a constant in our ever changing brokerage over the decades providing loyal and dedicated admin support to our exceptional sales team. Today in her role of office administrative manager, she leads our administration team of each branch office, handles all financial accounting operations for the brokerage and processes all of our sales transactions. She is thankful and very proud to have such a long successful career within this fast paced and exciting industry serving our community families. Lynne and her husband along with their youngest son and family dog are grateful to live in beautiful Stratford. They enjoy the wide variety of amenities of their hometown. Their oldest son and daughter in law live in Nuremberg Germany while their middle child, a daughter and their son in law live in Toronto.
